Good service
Good service, advice and knowledgeable of what dogs need. Very patience even though I asked so many questions about your product as this was the first time I am introducing kibbles to my young dog. Prepared to send samples for me to try and if I ordered and my dog does not like the flavour, they would replace it. That's the service most customers would like because sometimes our dog are fussy and it would costs us a lot to replace another flavour. Just felt the price is slightly higher than normal kibbles.

Dog food subscription
Ordered and paid for my dog food then read the reviews and panicked so ended up cancelling my subscription fearing that my money had gone forever. Just a few days later my order arrives in perfect condition and time but the reviews left previously still worry me about setting up the subscription again

Beware when ordering
I had been receiving my dog food for several months then in December I received 2 bags within days of each other, on making contact they said it was because I had 2 accounts, so they cancelled one. Worried that I hadn't received instructions for February delivery only a discount voucher to welcome me back I went on line to see..it didn't recognise my email address. Email sent...told to click on the link and order which I would get in 2 days..no it said 20th nearly 2 weeks...so I didn't complete my order..I did this 4 times ...went to email only to find even though I hadn't pressed confirm it had accepted my order...I emailed each order back to cancel and explained. No real response. So I phoned after several tunes it told me to use the website. Went to email again only to find another company was delivering today...I'm not sure how many bags are coming as I've had no response. There was no where on the site to cancel your order! I didn't even get the welcome back discount ?

Great service
I requested an extra delivery on top of my subscription order because we were going to run out (our puppy is eating more now that he is growing) and it was dealt with quickly and it arrived within 2 or 3 days.

Barking heads customer service team…
Barking heads customer service team have been absolutely fantastic after I contacted them explaining our dog has been very ill and is very fussy they didn't think twice about sending me sample biscuits for us to try thank you I will be buying your products as a result of this as Winnie thinks they are yummy ?

Product arrived as advertised, when it was meant to. The only feedback I'd give is to look at packaging as it came in a massive box that was far too big for the bag - could they not have just stuck the delivery label on the bag?

Non Existent Customer Service
Only received half the order - have sent four emails to two different email addresses and a message to the BH Instagram acct over the past week and I haven’t had a single reply. I’m out £90 (and will be fighting legally to get it back) and bec I can’t find their duck food in stores, I’m having find a new brand of food for my highly allergenic dog who’s now in gastric distress.

Only half our order arrived, trying to contact someone to find out what was happening was both frustrating and fruitless

Still waiting for my delivery and it’s been 1 week since I paid for it, delivery stated much quicker than that - no tracking information or updates whatsoever, slow to respond to contact form/emails, won’t be ordering again unless refunded for this order in full

Missing orders and missing customer service
Missing orders. Two orders on subscription, seems every month I have to chase at least one of them. No one answers the customer service line so am now waiting to see how long it takes via email. So frustrating. Having to buy your products via Amazon because yours just don't turn up. Update order number 200621

We had our crazy bean on the puppy diet…
We had our crazy bean on the puppy diet which she loved and started changing her over to the adult food but she wasn't enjoying it and eating very little. I contacted customer services and they kindly sent out some sample bags. We now know the biscuit type she prefers and she is loving her meal times again and there is a clear favourite! Very pleased with the service and help making what could have been a long trial and error journey so simple.

Very poor experience
I was asked for a review which is difficult since my order never arrived. I have paid for the order and I have emailed to tell the company that I have not received it. They have not contacted me to help with this. I would like my dog food or my money back.
